West Ham Fan Gets Luxury Treatment

Back in October 2016, we helped Nick and his family create some extra special memories at his favourite Football Club; West Ham.

They spent the day at West Ham watching a game and eventually got to meet the players.

Due to their long journey from Somerset to West Ham, we were able to get the family a stay in a hotel so that Nick could be fuelled rested and refuelled before heading home.

Once he returned home, we received this email from his wife, Julie:

Hi Chris

Hope you are well.

I’m so sorry it’s taken us so long to send you this email and some photographs. Nick wrote his bit a while ago but I’ve just not had a chance. What with moving house and trying to sort that out and looking after Nick and the children, I sometimes don’t know if I’m coming or going! I can only apologise. I was determined to get this sent to you before Easter.

Thank you so much for organising our trip to West Ham last October. It was the most wonderful day that we as a family will never forget. It was well organised and our Guide was lovely. We really enjoyed going pitchside and took hundreds of photos! It was amazing to stand in the stadium at the foot of the pitch. Wow! It was fab! We had fabulous seats just behind the goal so we could see everything. The atmosphere was great and we all loved it. The best bit was when West Ham scored in injury time. Everyone cheered and the delight on Nick, Eliza and Stuart’s faces when they scored was priceless. It meant everything. I was rather full up and am right now as I am writing this email. How wonderful that West Ham should win on our special day and on mine and Stuart’s first ever match. We can’t thank you enough for all that you did to make a very special memory for our family.

Nick writes:

‘Thank you so so much for organising this trip. It was brilliant, the more so because the Hammers won in the last few seconds of the game. The time pitch side was great and a real privilege. It’s a real wish come true to have us all there together as a family. Thanks again’

Attached are two photographs of our trip.

Many thanks and best wishes

Julie, Nick, Eliza and Stuart xx
