GreenAcres Woodland Burials – Rainford

GreenAcres Woodland Burials has been instrumental in revolutionising the funeral and burial industry in the UK. As a major contributor to the Ministry of Justice Guidance for Burial Ground Operators that has been adopted nationwide, one of GreenAcres Woodland Burials’ non-executive directors continues to offer guidance on the development of the parks.
All of our burial parks have a unique and individual character and even though the services offered at each one may differ slightly, according to local expectations and requirements, we pride ourselves on always striving to provide the best possible experience for those who have been bereaved.
We strongly believe in families being able to have whatever kind of ceremony they feel appropriate for a loved one, and will do whatever we can to enable this to happen. Families have made many unusual requests for funeral ceremonies over the years, the vast majority of which we have been able to fulfil for them.
Full Burial and Ash Interment plots also may be chosen and purchased in advance of the time of need by those planning for their own future, providing peace of mind as well as a financial advantage.
We are passionate about choice but understand that trust from our customers is crucial. Therefore we support the Institute of Cemetery and Crematorium Management’s ( ICCM ) Charter for the Bereaved for those using Natural Burial Grounds. What that means is that we are independently assessed by a national body who monitors our standards and ensures we abide by the code of practice that protects families who wish to bury in the UK.

The GreenAcres Woodland Burials – Rainford is working closely with us to ensure more people across the UK are able to have their special wishes.

On Sunday 13th Decemeber 2015 they held a Christmas service for us and raised a whopping £286.34! A fantastic effort by all involved!
